Make it stop- The story of Angel-Elina

I have been following news lately and my eyes picked up one interesting and topical story which is the story of Angel-Elina. It's a story of a girl who made a tragic and final decision because of bullying: Suicide. And now a writer Minttu Vetenterä has done a book about the subject and that has caused scandal because some peoples question the truth of this story. As example they say that the dying day of the girl is a false one, well of course it is do you really thing that the parents of that poor girl really want to show the real dying day in public, they probably want to do they mourning in peace. Try to realise that this is just a story that is based an truth and some things has been changed to protect the privacy. I also have to ask how far are the journalists ready to go just to get a story. If you ask me this kind of cases should leave alone and let the girl rest in peace even if she was not real.

This is sad case and I want that instead of wondering is this Angel-Elina real or not you try to prevent bullying in your school, workplace or where ever it could happen. I hope that if you see someone being bullied you go to defend that poor victim and don't just look away.

So if you want know more here is a link for some of the news about this case (Unfortunately these news are in finish):

I find this story particularly interesting because I have been bullied in school so I know how it feels and there is never too much talk about that subject. I also find it interesting because it's sad and somehow even comical that peoples worry about that has the girl never excited or not when we should instead focus on that what the story tells since it's a sad truth that countless peoples around world plan or has done suicide because of bullying so I must ask that why we speak so much about that is this one case real when that time could be used to prevent new cases.

I don't know is the story real and I will not make comment about that since it is not in my judgment and I find it to be irrelevant.

Well let all the victims of bullying rest in peace and let their memory be honoured.

Rise Against- Make it stop

And this little Native-American prayer is for those who struggle whit bullying:

Hold On

Hold on to what is good,
Even if it's a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe,
Even if it's a tree that stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do,
Even if it's a long way from here.
Hold on to your life,
Even if it's easier to let go.
Hold on to my hand,
Even if someday I'll be gone away from you.
